We’re thrilled that our Quayside development in Toronto has gained full support from the Waterfront Design Review Panel – a major step toward creating a new, nature-rich neighbourhood on the shore of Lake Ontario,
At the heart of Quayside lies our Community Forest – a lush, living social spine where public life and City Nature meet. Designed to bring people together in a lush and biodiverse environment, it will be one of Toronto’s largest and greenest privately-owned (yet fully accessible) public spaces.
In a time of historic housing challenges, Quayside also leads by example – delivering more affordable homes, faster, and proving that design excellence and social responsibility can grow together.
Construction is set to start next year.
Quayside is made in great collaboration with Waterfront Toronto, our ambitious clients Dream and Great Gulf, and Henning Larsen, Alison Brooks Architects, Allies and Morrison, Teeple Architects, PMA Landscape Architects Ltd, architectsAlliance, and Urban Strategies Inc.
