Yellow Mud Garden - China

As one of 10 invited landscape architects Stig L. Andersson contributed to the Xian International Horticultural Exposition with a public exhibition park. Great sculptures made out of mud and clay, inspired by the clayey Yellow River, celebrate and revive memories of the heritage of the Chineese civilization; how The Yellow River 3000 years ago founded a tradition by enabling the production of ’china’ – Chinese pottery.
