Vacancy —
Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with international experience for our office in Copenhagen.
In recent years, SLA has experienced international growth and gained global recognition as one of the frontrunners in nature-based design. As demand for our approach is increasing, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager to help lead and develop our international projects—and the talented teams behind them—into the future.
Our work and culture
SLA is a nature-based design studio that works globally with cities, nature, places, and people. Our work spans from award-winning climate adaptation projects in Copenhagen, the green-blue transformation of Denmark’s largest social housing estate in Aarhus, and the design of Norway’s New Government Quarter in Oslo to urban biodiversity parks in the UAE and large-scale planning in Toronto. Our ambition and mission are the same everywhere: To design places for life. All life.
In our work, we mix creativity and science and collaborate with other professionals and disciplines to provide holistic and innovative solutions to some of today’s most pressing urban problems. We love using our interdisciplinary design method together with ambitious clients, involved stakeholders, and engaged citizens.
At SLA, we cultivate a culture of solid unity, eternal curiosity, and high ambition — with ample room for manoeuvre. We work purposefully to deliver high-quality consultancy and strengthen the professional community. The ongoing development of employees and SLA is an essential and integrated part of everyday life.
