Children and the city
Children experience and use the city in a different way from adults. Therefore it is important that this group is considered in urban development. SLA has not only experience in creating urban space for children, but also in integrating the children’s point of view into all types of development. SLA has special competence in methods for involving children in planning.
Our aim is to keep abreast with research on children and the city, and to contribute to developing methodology in public participation for children. Our aim is in this way to create better conditions for children in the city.
