Read about the developement plan for Langagergård, Greve, where the construction of a new residential area with a close contact to nature has begun.

The beauty and calm of nature meets the conveniences and community of the town in SLA ’s comprehensive plan for Ullerød Haveby in North Zealand . As the town is situated in a beautiful natural landscape, it was important to preserve the existing richness of the area in a sensitive solution that also optimises the qualities of the landscape. Housing and business uses frame the large, continuous landscape space that will be the quarter’s attraction for residents and visitors. The town contributes life and gives more people the chance to enjoy the special qualities of the area.

The future townsmen of Ullerød is participating in defining what will bring amnety values to the homes and landscape.

As this is a kind of ‘countryside town’ it is possible to walk straight from your front door into the countryside. This provides opportunities for many activities from frog-spotting to kite building to mountain biking and role-playing games – or simply to relax and enjoy nature around the wetland areas or in the woodland plantations which alternate with cultivated clearings. SLA’s solution allows full access to the area combined with great flexibility and openness to future changes and needs.
