A new urban area should set itself apart in order to become a success. Today people not only demand efficient solutions to functional problems, they more than ever ask for unique and sensuous experiences. With the Jurys Berkeley Court Site our simple goal was to maximise the green amenities of the development by transforming it into one big garden – a contemporary interpretation of the Trinity College Botanic Gardens once situated here.

Parts of this garden will be visible from everywhere giving the buildings a green skyline. From the upper levels one can enjoy the view of a lush and beautiful landscape of terraces and gardens covering the roofs as seemingly lifted from the ground by the actual buildings: A garden in three dimensions.

The Jurys Berkeley Court Site is inspired by the qualities of a botanic garden and the plants growing in each of the world’s climate zones. It offers an exiting spatial diversity of niches for pausing or surprise as you move through the area. It will provide its future residents and visitors with a striking environment inspiring to social activity – a sensuous wealthscape.

Bringing together past, present and future in a unique setting for living, working, shopping and recreation, an environment of playfulness and high quality experience will be created: A place where the conveniences of contemporary urban living meets the riches of nature.
